Principal’s Message February 13, 2020

Dear Anne Fox Community,
Conference time is one of our favorite times of the school year. We enjoy the opportunity to connect with students and families. We are especially proud of the progress our students have made thus far, academically, socially and emotionally. Students are excited to share their progress with you. School will be dismissed at 11:40 today and there is no school tomorrow, Friday, February 14th. Monday, February 17th is President’s Day and all D54 schools and offices will be closed.New this week…

D54 X Annual Spanish Speech Contest
Applications for MacArthur School’s annual Spanish Language Speech Contest are now available. Link to Contest Application.

D54 Play Group for Youngsters Ages 0-5
Schaumburg School District 54 Community Resource Center will be hosting play groups for D54 families with children ages 0-5 years. Please join them for a bilingual PLAY GROUP on Thursdays: March 5, April 2 and May 7th from 12:30pm-1:30pm at the Hanover Park Branch Library. This event is FREE! Library PLay Group Flier.pdf

PBIS (Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports)

The Cool Tool for the month of February is Pride in our Spaces. This Cool Tool encourages students to take pride in our school by taking care of the building. We will be focusing on how we can keep things clean in all areas of our school like the hallway, classroom, the gym, and the restrooms.

Below are some important dates to take note of as we move towards the end of February and into March.
